“I cannot say enough how wonderful Lin Miller is. We were looking for a Florida home in the Estero/Bonita Springs area and had to find one in a short two day visit. She learned quickly from Day 1 what we liked and didn’t like, suggested we cut homes she knew we would not like, and was extremely knowledgeable about all the communities AND things we would care about in a second Florida home when we are from a colder climate (i.e. can you rent it? How? What are the rules? Did the place recently have bugs?). She is low pressure but also will point out stuff that is bad and that we should think about (i.e. where is sun going to be in afternoon? Where is the parking?) We put in offer on Day 3, and she worked with us to negotiate with seller. After that, when we a bit of an unexpected hassle with our mortgage company to buy the house, she patiently negotiated with seller’s agent and got us time extensions. When we bought the property and then had a hassle moving furniture across the country, she kept our keys for us, and was on call for TWO WEEKS waiting for furniture to come. She let our movers in, spent four hours of her own time dealing with them, and let us not to have to take a last minute flight that cost $1200 to try to beat the movers there. I highly recommend you go with her or her husband if you are looking in the area between Fort Myers and Naples. We had an offer on a house we loved within three days of looking, and even though we just moved in three months later, she was very responsive and I could contact her about any issue. I wish I could say the same for the long distance moving company I used.”

“Jim is very detail-oriented – in addition to completely understanding the southwest Florida real estate market, he knows about all of the little details that can wind up costing a lot of money further down the road – as an example, when we were shopping for a home with a boat lift, Jim told us about the importance of having all of the pylons (wooden posts) supporting the Dock wrapped with a protective covering to prevent the pylons from rotting prematurely (the bottom of the pylons are submerged in water) – this could cost several thousand dollars if the pylons had to be replaced if the pylons were not wrapped.”
